Betty Skelly: Hi Kara, been awhile I did not come here. I was busy, we went back to FL again and we got lots of sunshine. We missed the flood here in Northwest but I am thankful that our house did not sunk. We live in a hill and the house was built 1 foot up the ground. I called my friend if we have flood but then it is only at the bridge about 2 miles away from my home. Glad everything went ok. How are you? Got a new book working again huh! cool!

And still polishing ...

I worked some more on CATCH OF THE DAY, implementing Rob's very fine suggestions.  This has been a most uncooperative proposal.  I've been looking forward to writing this book and I thought it would be one of those that wrote itself.  No such luck.

I also worked on another cover for www.booksforabuck.com.  Photoshop is one of my hobbies.  I can really lose myself playing around with images and I'm getting better at it.  Some day I'll put together a portfolio of all the covers I've done.  Some of my early ones are really butt-ugly!

I took a nice walk today and found money, even without Rob's eagle eyes to help.  (Rob was teaching bridge most of the day today.)

Tomorrow's hump day--yay!
